Prepare the ingredients for the roll. Soak prunes in water for 5-10 minutes. Rinse the chicken fillet, remove the skin and any remaining fat. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Finely chop the dill. Take large, boneless chicken fillet, as it will be used as the basis for the roll.
Make a roll. Cut the fillet so that it forms a solid layer of meat. Gently beat with a hammer. Season with salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise over the entire surface. Place the prunes at equal distances from each other. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Roll the meat and filling into a roll, tucking the edges inward. If the edges are not tightened, the cheese will spill out during baking. Wrap the roll in foil. Place in the mold. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 25-30 minutes.
Before serving, cool the chicken roll with prunes, cut into round pieces, garnish with dill and cranberries.
