Steps:


  1. Boil the chicken liver until tender for 10-15 minutes, cut it into strips. Cut the onion into half rings, grate the carrots. Crush the garlic in a press.

  2. Heat oil in a frying pan, simmer onions and carrots for 7-10 minutes until soft. Transfer the onions and carrots to a plate and leave to cool completely.
