Prepare all the ingredients and place them on the table. Rinse the raisins thoroughly. Set the oven to preheat to 180 C.
Heat the required amount of milk. Take a large bowl and pour it in. Then break two chicken eggs into the same bowl. Add yeast and leave for 10 minutes. After this, add sugar and vanillin. Mix the ingredients well until smooth.
Add flour and a little vegetable oil to the dough bowl.
Knead the yeast dough. Add raisins and nuts as a filling, after chopping the latter. If you like them whole, don't chop them. Knead the dough well again for 10 minutes. The dough should not stick to your hands. Leave it in a warm place for 90 minutes to allow it to rise sufficiently.
Divide the dough into 3 parts and form them into ropes.
Twist the 3 pieces of dough together into a braid. Do not pull them tightly together. There should be one blank.
Take a baking dish and grease it with oil. Place the braid in the mold and roll it into a ring.
Place the risen dough in the oven at 180 C for 40 minutes. After this, turn off and carefully remove the pan from the oven.
Sprinkle the braided roll with powdered sugar and serve. Ready!
Cut the wicker roll into portions and place it on dessert saucers. Serve for tea with a dessert spoon. Bon appetit!
