Lay out all the ingredients in front of you. Wash and peel the apples, cut into arbitrary pieces. Heat the water slightly, it should be warm.
Knead the dough from flour, water, butter, yeast, sugar, salt.
Set the dough aside in a warm place for 30 minutes. Wait until it rises.
Divide the dough into 2 parts for two pies.
Roll out each piece and top with a mixture of chopped apples and sugar. Form the cake as in the photo.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the pies. Poke around the perimeter with a toothpick. Place in the oven for 50 minutes.
Cover the top of the finished pie with a towel for 10 minutes. This will make the dough softer.
Serve hot or slightly cooled. Goes great with cocoa and milk.
