Wash the potatoes in advance and boil them in their skins. Clean the smoked pink salmon from the skin and backbone, and also remove all the bones. Wash, peel and core the apple. Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled, cool in cold water and peel off the shell. Wash the greens for serving and separate the leaves from the branches.
Start cooking. Peel the boiled potatoes, mash and lightly salt. Cut the pink salmon and chicken eggs into small pieces, and grate the apple on a coarse grater.
Prepare the dish. To do this, place some of the potatoes on the bottom of the plate and brush it with mayonnaise. Next, distribute the smoked fish. If the pink salmon is cold smoked, coat it with mayonnaise, but if it is hot smoked, you do not need to do this. Then add a layer of apple, then add eggs. Finally, coat the salad with mayonnaise and place it in the refrigerator for 20-25 minutes.
Serve the finished salad with smoked pink salmon chilled. It can be used as a main dish or snack. For decoration, use cilantro leaves and place them on top of the salad.
