Thaw the phyllo dough and chicken legs in advance. Wash the chicken legs and cut off large cartilages. Rub with salt and pepper. Wash the tomatoes, dry and finely chop. Grate the cheese. Break the egg and separate the white from the yolk. Beat the yolk with a fork. To serve, wash the green onions and dry them on paper towels. Prepare a baking sheet, a baking bag or thick thread. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Prepare the chicken legs. Pour oil into a hot frying pan and place chicken legs. Fry until golden brown for 15 minutes.
Prepare the legs in phyllo dough. Cut the dough into 4 squares. Place about 1 tbsp in each. tomatoes and cheese. Stand the chicken leg upright. Gather the edges of the phyllo sheet around and tie at the top with thread. Grease with yolk. Place the pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Before serving, wrap the top of the phyllo bag of chicken legs with green onion feathers.
