Peel the onions and garlic. Remove the core from the bell pepper. Wash the greens and dry with a paper towel.
Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add a couple of pinches of salt to it, ground black pepper to taste, squeeze out a clove of garlic. Mix the minced meat thoroughly until smooth.
Form the minced meat into small sausages 10 cm long.
Cut the onion into half rings and chop the garlic clove.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
Heat a frying pan and pour in vegetable oil. Place the cevapchichi in the pan and fry them for about 10 minutes until cooked over medium heat. Turn the cevapchichi periodically so that they cook evenly.
In another pan, fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil for 5 minutes. Add bell peppers and tomatoes. Simmer everything over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Add the fried cevapchichi to the vegetables, turn them several times so that they are completely covered with the sauce. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Garnish the dish with chopped herbs. Chevapchichi in bell pepper and tomato sauce is ready.
Serve the cevapchich with wheat flatbreads - pita, as well as fresh onion rings.
