Add bananas and eggs. Open a can of condensed milk. Pour milk and cream into separate containers. Place flour, sugar, salt and baking soda in separate containers. Prepare the oil and vanilla.
Beat the eggs into a deep bowl and add milk to them. Add sifted flour and soda to eggs and milk. Add salt and sugar. Add water while constantly stirring with a whisk. Add a little vegetable oil to the dough, so the dough will stick to the pan less. Knead the pancake dough until it becomes thick sour cream.
Heat a frying pan and grease it with oil. Bake pancakes in a preheated frying pan until golden brown. In time it is approximately one minute on each side.
Spread condensed milk onto the finished pancake. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork into a puree. Spread banana puree over condensed milk. In a separate bowl, using a mixer, beat the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread the finished cream over the bananas. Roll the finished pancake into a roll and wrap the edges.
For a beautiful presentation, place the pancakes on sliced apples and pour over a mixture of condensed milk and cream.
