Prepare all food and utensils. To prepare this dish, you can use any parts of the chicken or cook the whole chicken. If you have a lot of meat, then prepare more ingredients for the marinade, observing the proportions.
Mix honey, mustard, soy sauce and seasonings.
Coat the chicken well with the marinade and leave in the marinade for at least 30 minutes, or better yet for an hour and a half.
Bake the marinated meat in the oven at 180˚C for 40 minutes, monitoring the degree of readiness.
Serve as a hot dish with any side dish. When cold, this meat is very good in sandwiches.
