Peel the zucchini and cut out the pulp from the middle. Cut into thick rings and add salt.
Add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
Place the zucchini rings in a baking dish and fill with minced meat. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Then turn over and bake for another 15 minutes.
Before serving, garnish with sour cream and herbs.
