Prepare the ingredients for cooking.
Grate the cheese; you can grate it either on a fine or coarse grater. Peel the garlic and pass through a garlic press.
Mix all the ingredients and add mayonnaise little by little, mix the mass well.
You can put the cheese mixture into tartlets and decorate with herbs on top. You can also serve it as an appetizer on toast, tomatoes or fried eggplant.
