Rinse the rice well and boil for 15 minutes after boiling over low heat.
Let the rice sit for 15 minutes.
Then place the rice on a sheet of nori.
Add cheese to make a voluminous mound, and lay out the filling, cut into strips.
Wet the long edge of the sheet with water, this will create a glue. And wrap it in a sausage, tightly combining all the ingredients inside.
Cut the resulting roll into 8 pieces.
Add ginger and wasabi to your dish. Serve chilled with soy sauce. Bon appetit!
