Prepare all food and utensils. Rinse the fish well. Cut the fish into 4 portions.
Dry the washed fish well.
Rub with oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Place the parsley into the slits between the portions.
Wrap the fish in foil and place in an oven preheated to 200˚C for 40 minutes.
Serve in pieces with salad or any other side dish. Sprinkle the fish well with lemon juice and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
