Place cottage cheese, sugar, semolina and wheat flour in bowls. Place the apples and egg on the table. Place sugar and cinnamon in containers.
Mash the cottage cheese using cutlery, then add semolina and beat in the egg. Grate the apples. Stir the curd mass and mix with the apple. Add sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add flour to the mixture and mix again. With wet hands, form curd and apple cheesecakes, roll them in flour.
Place the prepared cheesecakes on a heated frying pan and fry them until golden brown on both sides. Place the finished cheesecakes on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Place the cheesecakes on a plate and pour honey over them, and place a mint leaf on top.
