Prepare all food and utensils. Wash the fish thoroughly. Peel the potatoes. Prepare the foil.
Cut the potatoes into 3-4 mm rings.
Place the potatoes cut into rings on foil in 2 layers (lay according to the size of the fish steak).
Brush the fish steak with your favorite spices. Salt, pepper - to taste.
Place the steak on top of the potatoes.
Place 2 lemon rings on steak.
Sprinkle steak with your favorite herbs. Dill and parsley work well.
Wrap in foil and set aside to soak for 25 minutes.
Place steaks wrapped in foil on a grill preheated to 200°C over direct heat. Roast with the lid closed for 35 minutes.
This fish would be perfect served with tartar sauce or cheese sauce!
