Trout steak
The steak from Foreti is a portioned, fairly thick piece, cut out of the fish across the spine. The trout belongs to the salmon family, it is sea and river, and for steaks often use sea carcasses, as a larger, more juicy and more oily fish. It is not difficult to recognize steaks from sea trout by rich red color. They are fried, baked on the grill, baked in foil in the oven and steamed.
