Prepare all products. Peel the onion and garlic. The recipe uses frozen vegetables; there is no need to specifically defrost them. If you have fresh green beans and Brussels sprouts, the dish will cook even faster.
Fry chopped onion and garlic in a little oil.
Add minced meat, cover with a lid. When the juice has evaporated, add a quarter glass of water, cover again and simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated.
Add frozen vegetables, stir, simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes.
After this, remove the lid, increase the heat and wait until all the liquid has evaporated again.
Salt and pepper to taste. Fry for another minute.
