Steps:


  1. Sift the flour through a fine sieve.

  2. Heat the fermented baked milk and combine with sugar and yeast. As soon as the first bubbles appear, add butter and eggs, stir, add flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough to rise for 2 hours.

  3. After the specified time has passed, make a rope out of the dough and divide it into small parts. Roll out each part and place the filling in the center. Pinch the edges and let the pies sit for another 10-15 minutes.

  4. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the pies on both sides until golden brown.

  5. Place hot cakes on a paper towel-lined plate and serve.
