Cut the chicken fillet crosswise into two pieces. Grate the garlic on a fine grater.
Mix vegetable oil and soy sauce in a bowl. Add a mixture of peppers, lemon juice, garlic. Mix thoroughly.
Then leave the pieces of chicken fillet in this mixture for 60 minutes, after mixing well. Place the marinated meat in a steamer and cook the chicken for 30 minutes.
Serve the dish with baked potatoes or vegetables, which can be cooked in the same steamer.
