Melt the butter, sift the flour through a sieve.
Mix eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl with a mixer. Pour in the milk and gradually add the flour. Beat vigorously with a mixer until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add melted butter to the pancake mixture, beat the mixture again with a mixer until foam appears.
Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until cooked. Cover the finished pancakes with a lid and leave for 30 minutes.
Serve the finished pancakes with honey and jam.
