Break the eggs and mix with coconut sugar and a glass of milk. Add coconut flour, soda and vanilla, and add salt. Mix all ingredients. You will get a thick dough.
Form the dough into balls. The dough is very convenient and does not stick to your hands.
Place future cookies on parchment and press lightly with your palm. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle cookies with coconut or chocolate chips or pour condensed milk. Serve it warm or cold with cocoa or tea.
