Peel potatoes, carrots, onions and wash under running water. Cut the potatoes, crab sticks and onions into cubes, grate the carrots. Wash the greens, dry and chop. Pour 1.5 liters of water into a saucepan and bring to boil.
Place potatoes, onions and carrots fried in butter into boiling water, cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Add crab sticks, herbs, salt and pepper to the soup. Remove the soup from the heat, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour the soup with crab sticks into bowls, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with soft black bread.
