Soak prunes in boiling water for 10 minutes. Separate the chicken fillet from the bones and skin.
Cut the chicken fillet into large pieces. Heat the frying pan and add sunflower oil. Fry the chicken until slightly browned, add salt and seasoning and mix everything thoroughly.
Cut each prune into quarters, pass the garlic through a press. Add prunes and garlic to the pan. Stir and fry for 5 minutes. Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl, add to the frying pan with the meat and stir.
Simmer the chicken in the sauce for about 3-5 minutes and turn off the heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.
Serve chicken with sauce along with your favorite side dish or fresh vegetable salad.
