Thaw the lard if it was in the freezer. Peel and chop the garlic.
Coat a piece of lard with salt, black pepper and chopped garlic.

Set the microwave to maximum power 800-850, place the lard in it and turn on for 6 minutes.
The lard can be consumed immediately, but it is better to let it cool and put it in the refrigerator to steep for 2 hours.
