Wash the avocado with cold water, cut in half and remove the pit. Wash the cucumbers with cold water.

Prepare the shrimp. Rinse with cold water, place in a pan of boiling salted water and cook for 5 minutes, peel. Prepare the cucumbers and avocados by cutting them into long, thin slices.
Wrap the bamboo mat in cling film. Cut the nori sheet into 2 equal parts. Wet your hands in water and place 150 g of rice on a sheet of nori. Place cheese, cucumbers and avocado in the center of the nori sheet, and shrimp on top. Place caviar on top of it. Gently roll the roll. chaplain and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
