Prepare and measure all the necessary ingredients.
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt and squeeze well. Add eggs, flour, herbs. Mix well.
Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread the mixture onto it in an even layer. Bake for 50 minutes at 200˚C.
Spread the prepared and cooled zucchini crust with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise (you can only use sour cream or cream cheese) with garlic. You can add chopped herbs to the sauce.
Place tomatoes cut into thin slices on the self-made crust and roll the crust into a roll. You can serve it right away, but it tastes better when it sits in the refrigerator.
