Mix milk with gelatin, place over low heat and heat until gelatin dissolves.
Mix cottage cheese, milk with gelatin, honey and vanillin until smooth (you can use a blender).
Pour into molds (if the mold is glass, it is better to grease it with butter and sprinkle with flour).
Place the dessert in the refrigerator until completely frozen.
Before serving, sprinkle the dessert with cocoa and garnish with blackberries and mint leaves.
