Prepare the cooking molds and blender, as well as a steamer.
Throw the tomato, chopped onion, garlic and soy sauce into a blender, break the egg into it and beat until smooth.
Pour the cottage cheese into a bowl. Add the egg-vegetable mixture there. You need to mix all the products thoroughly, but it is important not to overdo it, no need to beat.
Transfer the mixture into molds and place them in a double boiler, after covering the molds with foil. The cooking process takes approximately 30 minutes.
Take out the prepared soufflé and let it cool slightly.
Tomato soufflé can be sprinkled with pistachios on top; mint and dried oregano will not be unnecessary.
