Rinse the sage leaves with water. Cut the turkey fillet into cubes.
Place sage leaves, herbs, salt or lightly grease with soy sauce on the fillet pieces. Wrap the fillet pieces tightly in the bacon slices.
Pour oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the rolls on both sides for 6-7 minutes. Remove the finished rolls from the pan and place on a plate.
Serve the finished rolls with oven-baked or grilled vegetables.
