Prepare all the food on the table. Measure out the required amount of ingredients from the list. Prepare dishes for dough, cream and glaze.
Sift flour with cocoa, mix. Separately, grind the eggs with sugar, milk, honey, butter, mix and put on fire. Bring to a boil, stirring, then add baking soda. When the mixture begins to foam strongly, remove from heat and let cool for 3-4 minutes.
