Steps:


  1. Wash and peel the onions and garlic. Then grind them.

  2. Place the chopped onion in a previously heated frying pan and fry it for 5 minutes, then add the garlic, mix everything thoroughly and fry for 1 minute over medium heat.

  3. Add minced meat to the pan, mix well and fry until the minced meat changes color for about 5 minutes over high heat. Don't forget to break up any lumps.

  4. Place the tortilla in a preheated frying pan and distribute the filling and grated cheese. Cover with the second tortilla and fry for 5 minutes on each side.

  5. Chop fresh vegetables or herbs for the quesadilla, this will add color and piquancy to the dish.
