Chia seeds
CIA seeds are a product of plant origin, sage of Shallefa of Spanish (lat. Salvia hispanica). An annual Chia belongs to the Clear family, cultivated in the countries of South America and Australia. Seeds are popular due to the increased content of calcium, phosphorus and other beneficial substances. Chia is added to salads, confectionery, fish and meat dishes to enrich the dishes with vitamins and polyunsaturated fatty acids.
