Soft cheese
The meigal cheese is the general name of such cheese varieties as Bree, Gorgonzole, Dorbb, Kamamber, Mascarpone, Mozarella, Ricotta, Rockfort, Suluguni, Fet. As a rule, it is carried out without additional processing from pasteurized milk using pure cultures of bacterial leashes, mold and microflora of cheese mucus. This product is most included in the Russian word "cheese", formed from the adjective "raw".
