  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Wash the mushrooms, let the water drain, and then cut into slices. Coarsely grate the cheese. For cheeses, we recommend choosing Parmesan. It is ideal for baking, and any dish with it becomes more refined.

  2. Combine oyster mushrooms with onions, salt, pepper and add your favorite spices. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with foil.

  3. Spread the butter, cut into pieces, over the mushrooms. Sprinkle the mixture with cheese, wrap in foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

  4. Prepare mashed potatoes for the oyster mushrooms. Serve it beautifully using a cooking ring: first place the puree and then the oyster mushrooms on top. Garnish the finished dish with chopped cilantro.
