Prepare all ingredients. Wash the apples. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Peel the apples and cut them into 8 pieces each. Sprinkle with cinnamon and drizzle with lemon.
Using a mixer, beat the whites separately with half a glass of sugar and a pinch of salt and separately the yolks with the remaining sugar.
Combine the beaten whites and yolks with sugar, add a spoonful of butter and quench a quarter teaspoon of soda with vinegar. Sift a glass of flour into this mixture. Mix lightly so that there are no lumps in the dough.
Pour chopped apples into any baking dish (I have a glass rectangular one) and pour the finished tender dough on top. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
Before serving, sprinkle the pie with powdered sugar.
