Sort the berries from leaves and debris. Measure out the required amount of sugar.
Wash the blueberries thoroughly and pour them along with sugar into an enamel pan.
Place the pan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Stirring occasionally, cook the mixture for 10 minutes. Pour the finished jam into sterilized dry jars and roll up.
Blueberry jam can be eaten alone or used in making desserts: filling baked goods, making fruit drinks, soaking cakes.
