Rinse the peaches thoroughly and remove the pits. If the peach is soft, it is more convenient to separate it from the pit using a knife.
Cut the peaches into small cubes. Place in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar, add 2 tbsp. l. dried lavender flowers, stir.
Place in the refrigerator for several hours to allow the jam to release its juices. After this, cook on the lowest heat for 20-25 minutes. Cool completely and boil again, then roll the jam into sterilized jars.
Serve the jam with sprigs of dried lavender as a dessert on its own, or you can use it as a filling for baked goods.
