Clean and wash the quails and dry. Chop the garlic, melt the butter.
Salt and pepper the meat and rub it well into the skin. Heat a frying pan, add melted butter, and place the carcasses. Cover with a lid and fry until cooked on all sides, 20-25 minutes.
Pour chopped garlic into a separate small frying pan and add butter. Fry until the garlic smells.
Grease the finished quail carcasses with the resulting garlic sauce on both sides.
Serve the quails hot and add baked vegetables as a side dish.
