Pre-simmer the pork, cut into small cubes. Wash the vegetables. Cut the cucumber into thin strips, the onion into half rings, and the tomato into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Heat a frying pan, fry a little tortilla so that it is warm and rosy.
In a plate, mix meat, cucumber, onion, corn, tomato, cheese, salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise and mix everything.
Place a mixture of vegetables and mayonnaise on the flatbread. Wrap and fry a little on both sides.
Serve the tortilla hot, with skewers inserted for strength. You can serve guacamole or salsa in separate small bowls.
