Prepare your workspace and all the necessary utensils for preparing the salad. Wash the cucumbers.
Fresh squid must be scalded with boiling water and the film removed. Next, boil the squid in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes and cut into small cubes. Next, boil the eggs hard (10 minutes after boiling), cool under running water and also cut into small cubes.
Cut the cucumbers into half circles. In a deep bowl, mix all the salad ingredients: squid, egg and cucumber, add salt and pepper to taste and season with sour cream.
Serve the finished salad in small serving plates. You can decorate the salad with fresh herbs.
