Prepare the ingredients for the roll. Thaw frozen dough at room temperature. Boil the eggs. Grate the cheese and eggs on a coarse grater. Chop the greens. Eggs for this dish can be boiled hard-boiled or soft-boiled. Hard cheese can be replaced with cottage cheese.
