 
                   Funchoza is a dish prepared from starchy noodles combined with various sauces and dressings. Mung bean starch noodles become translucent as they cook. Hence its name - "glass". It is served hot, cold, and sometimes made into a salad. The noodles themselves taste neutral until you add the signature dressing to them. You can prepare the funchose dressing yourself, at home with your own hands.
