Prepare your ingredients. Take the dough out in advance so that it is at room temperature. Wash the apple and remove the seeds.
Cut the apple into 1 cm cubes.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm. Place the sliced apple on it and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Roll the dough with filling into a roll and cut into pieces 3-4 cm wide, as shown in the photo.
Shake the egg and brush the puff pastries with it.
Send the puff pastries to bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10-15 minutes.
