Steps:


  1. Wash and peel the vegetables. Grate the radish and carrots into strips (you can use a grater for Korean carrots). Finely chop the greens and garlic. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Place the radish in a separate bowl, add salt and let stand, then drain the resulting juice. Grate the apple at the last moment to prevent it from darkening.

  2. Place all the vegetables in a beautiful salad bowl, sprinkle with vinegar, pepper, salt to taste and stir.

  3. Such a bright and juicy salad will be a great addition to any meat dishes. But on its own it is very tasty, especially with a slice of whole grain bread.
