Break 1 egg into a bowl with cottage cheese and grind thoroughly. Add salt, sugar and flour. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Form the dough into a sausage and cut it into 6-7 pieces. Roll up the cheesecakes.
Fry the cheesecakes in vegetable oil on both sides for 5 minutes.
Serve with powdered sugar, raspberry jam or condensed milk.
