Rinse the chicken egg thoroughly, hard-boil, and cool. If necessary, defrost the shrimp, wash and peel thoroughly. Also be sure to get rid of the vena cava that runs along the back of the shrimp. After this, boil the seafood in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
