Mash the cottage cheese with a fork until smooth. Beat in the egg and mix well.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar or vanillin and stir until smooth. Gradually add flour and stir.
Add coconut flakes to taste. The dough should not be liquid, so that it is convenient to form cheesecakes from it.
With wet hands, form cheesecakes and place in a frying pan with added oil. Fry on both sides until crust appears.
Serve cheesecakes with sour cream or condensed milk.
