Finely chop the nuts. Sift the flour. Preheat oven to 200°C.
Mix egg and sugar. Separately, mix the butter with a small amount of flour and grind into crumbs. Then add the egg and sugar mixture. Mix well.
Add honey, soda and add more flour. Knead the dough and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Mix nuts with sugar. Roll out the dough thinly and brush with vegetable oil. Then sprinkle with nuts and roll into a roll. Cut into pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Before serving, drizzle with honey or sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can also top it with chocolate.
