Prepare the necessary ingredients for cooking. Cut a piece of watermelon along the entire area, approximately 5 cm high.
Using a round cutter, cut out the barrels. Remove the seeds from the resulting shape with great care. Using another shape, but smaller in diameter, remove the middle. Place the watermelons on a platter.
In a separate bowl, mix the cheese with oil, preferably olive oil. Carefully chop the mint leaves and place them in a bowl. Mix all the contents.
Using a teaspoon, “fill in” the “holes” of the watermelon circles. Cut the cucumber slices into four parts, decorate the dessert by placing them at the very top of the dessert.
Serve dessert with sweet tea or juice; the dish will turn out to be a real delicacy. Bon appetit.
