Place the salmon on a plate. Place tomatoes, lemon, parsley and cheese on a plate. Pour the oil into a glass. Place the sour cream in a container.
Place the salmon steak in a large plate and sprinkle with lemon juice, then season with spices. Leave for 30 minutes. Take pieces of foil so you can wrap the steak. Place a few sprigs of parsley and tomato rings on the salmon steak. Grate the cheese and place it on top of the steak, then brush with sour cream. Wrap the entire steak in foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Place the steak on a plate and garnish with herbs.
